Good Sake. Good Face. This is TakaMasamune
In 1935, TakaMasamune is established at Daizenji Kurume city, Fukuoka, Japan. Since we have started producing sake, our mission is to make everyone happy with our best Sake.
We are proud of TakaMasamune’s sake work tradition and history. Although, we passionately contribute to producing Japanese alcohol for more and more.

Our Products “Japanese Sake” “Shochu” “Other Liqueur”
“Japanese Sake”
Sake is a Japanese national Alcohol drink. It has been making 1,000 years, and there are about 10,000 types of Sake.
Japanese Sake is brewed liquor made of rice. The ingredients are mainly rice, water, and Koji yeast.
Usually alcohol volume is under 22%, but most of types are around15%. It is a bit higher than wine.
You can taste it at room temperature, yet, it is also able to enjoy the taste chilled, and warm up. Japanese Sake will change its flavor and aroma. Currently, it can be enjoyed with a cocktail.
Japanese Sake suits not only Japanese cuisine, but also French dishes, and Italian dishes. Also, drinking by wine glass stands out its aroma well.

“Shochu”
Shochu is one of the familiar fermented alcohol drinks in Japan. It can be categorized as Whiskey, Brandy, and Gin.
Raw material is used barley, and for flavor, rice, barley, potato, soba, Japanese Shiso, or brown sugar. There are a lot of types of shochu because each brewery has its special recipe.
Especially in, the Kyushu area, where Takamasamune is based, is famous for producing shochu.
Shuchu is enjoyed by blending water or Ice like Whiskey, Brandy, and Gin, but the only big difference is shochu can also be enjoyed drunk by blending hot water.
In Japan, people also drink shochu wth soda, water, tea or fruits juice. These are called “Chuhai”(酎ハイ)
